It is medium gravity with a malty middle, beautiful color and sparkling clear.
McVicar Fine Ale utilizes Yakima Golding hops in three kettle additions to give it a subdued yet complex bittering which
provides a thirst quenching dry finish. It's is also dry-hopped with Yakima Golding for two weeks giving it a lovely
spicy hop-floral aroma.
Locally brewed and not pasteurized, McVicar Pilsner utilizes German malts
and yeast and Czech Saaz hops, arguably the finest hops in the world, which gives it its crisp hoppy finish. Experience

About the Brewer
McVicar Beer's founder, Daniel McVicar, worked
with award-winning brew master Michael Bowe of Angel City
Brewing, to bring McVicar Beer to the public. Michael
recently purchased Southern California Brewing in Torrance
with its fine German Lager brewery capable of producing 8,000
barrels (16,000 kegs) a year.
